Once your refund is agreed and accepted, we will process it as soon as possible. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show in your account or credited to your purchase card.

There are no other transaction fees. Our prices include VAT and delivery. You can select additional delivery or item collection and disposal services if required (see Delivery page) which will also be offered to you at checkout.
