HOW DOES THE 30-DAY SLEEP TRIAL WORK?Updated 9 months ago

Our 30-day sleep trial offer is there to give you the confidence to purchase one of the Sleepahh range,  without needing to visit a showroom or actually see the product demonstrated.

We have many satisfied customers who have bought from us with the knowledge that they have 30 days to confirm that our product meets their expectations and delivers a good night's sleep.

If the product does not meet your comfort expectations in relation to sleep (and sleep only),   you may notify us within 30 days and ensure your Sofa Bed is returned undamaged and the £350 fee paid.  

The 30-day Comfort Trial does not apply and will be disapplied should a customer or potential customer discuss the potential for exploring a refund or cancellation in advance of the order shipping or after shipping and before the application for a return under the Comfort Trial.   

This dis-application of the comfort trial is also the case if they mention that their home, family, financial or other relevant circumstances have changed, including the order of a wrong item, general comfort not relating to sleep, or not liking the colour, fabric or any other aspect of the sofa bed that may necessitate asking for a return and/or refund.  This is to prevent subsequent potential fraudulent applications in using the Comfort Trial to return and refund Sleepahh's where the other circumstances may be more relevant and indicative of the true reason for the request.  

This is no judgment on the customer's character; merely the Comfort Trial can not be used when this is the case and is considered as automatically not applicable to use.

Any pickup from the Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland will incur an additional charge of £275.00, and any postcode in Scotland is subject to an uplift of £125.00
