HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?Updated 10 months ago

After receiving your order confirmation, you have up to 1 hour to cancel your order before it goes into production - for which you will receive a full refund.  This is for custom-built sofa beds.

If you wish to cancel after that time, please see our standard Terms and Conditions in the relevant section for cancellation.  

In-stock or available soon sofa beds can be cancelled before they have been fulfilled at no charge.  Once loaded onto a truck and/or delivery made or attempted, a return charge of £350.00 is made and deducted from any refund to cover initial delivery and return costs.   

In-stock beds bought must not have been used in any way. They may be inspected only.  

This does not affect your statutory rights.
